Abstract

This article discuss role technology in increase effectiveness teaching at school the basis of Indonesia in the developing digital era rapidly . Digital transformation encourages teachers to adapt learning strategies through utilization of interactive media , online learning platforms, and source digital learning that can enrich experience Study students . Research This use method studies literature with analyze various journal national and international reports? government , as well as publication relevant scientific? with topic . Study results show that technology contribute significant in increase quality planning learning , strengthening assessment formative , improving motivation Study students , as well as facilitate learning differentiated in accordance individual needs . In addition , technology also helps create environment learn more? collaborative through integration digital and multimedia applications . However , research this also found challenge like digital competence of teachers who have not evenly distributed , limited infrastructure in several area , and the lack of policy adequate schools . Therefore? that , optimization utilization technology need support ongoing teacher training , provision of facility adequate , and commitment leadership school in push innovation learning .
