Administrasi Pendidikan dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Kebijakan Pendidikan di Sekolah: Sebuah Perspektif Integratif

Educational administration plays a crucial role in insuring that educational policies are effectively implemented in schools. In general, educational administration includes resource management, curriculum planning, and quality control of education that supports the achievement of educational goals. However, even though educational policies have been established by the government, there are often obstacles to their implementation, particularly related to resource constraints, differences in understanding between policy makers and implementers in schools, and a lack of adequate training. A gap in the existing literature is the lack of comprehensive studies on the relationship between educational administration and educational policy and its impact on the effectiveness of policy implementation in schools. Therefore, this study examines how educational administration can influence educational policies in schools, as well as the challenges faced in its implementation. The results indicate that effective educational administration greatly influences the success of educational policy, but major challenges such as a lack of resources and the incompatibility between policy and school conditions hinder this success. The implication of this study highlight the importance of developing a more adaptive and integrative model of educational administration to support more effective educational policy.
