This study is a qualitative descriptive research employing a phenomenological approach, aimed at exploring the disciplinary processes implemented by the homeroom teachers of Grades II and VI at SD Kristen Makale 2. The research was conducted through several stages, including initial observations and interviews with the respective homeroom teachers, followed by data collection, data analysis, and the formulation of conclusions based on the findings. The results of the study indicate that the disciplinary process has been effectively and optimally implemented, contributing to students’ discipline during the teaching and learning process. The strategies employed include the consistent enforcement of school rules and the demonstration of discipline through teacher role-modeling. One of the key challenges faced by teachers in managing student discipline lies in establishing effective collaboration with all parties involved in the students’ environment, including parents, guidance and counseling personnel, the school principal, and fellow educators within the school.
