Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) Berbasis Sirkuit Pintar Tema Berbagai Pekerjaan

This study was prompted by the extensive scope of fourth grade thematic material, the teacher's exclusive use of lecture based methods, the limited variety of thematic exercises that contributed to students’ low-level thinking skills, and the lack of media and worksheets that facilitate creativity. The development of the student worksheets employed the R&D (Research and Development) model by Dick and Carey, comprising five primary stages: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Evaluation, and (5) Implementation. The research involved 40 students, consisting of 5 students for small-group trials and 40 students for large-group trials. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, and the instruments utilized included questionnaires and suggestion sheets. The findings indicate that the smart circuit-based student worksheets are categorized as highly feasible and effective. The worksheets achieved a feasibility rating of 92.5% from media experts and 94.60% from subject matter experts. Furthermore, the effectiveness tests yielded scores of 95% in the small-group trial and 96% in the large-group trial. The implementation phase demonstrated a significant improvement in the class average score, reaching 84. These results confirm that the smart circuit-based student worksheets are valid, highly feasible, and effective for educational use.
