Senior-friendly service development activities at Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) Balabatu aim to improve the quality of life of the elderly and the elderly through increasing the knowledge, attitudes, behaviors, and skills of elderly families. The activity method includes monthly meetings that focus on delivering material on the seven dimensions of the Resilient Elderly, such as spiritual, physical, emotional, intellectual, social, vocational, and environmental. The results of this activity include an average member attendance rate of 22.5% and material delivery involving important aspects of the Resilient Elderly dimension. Although the attendance rate still needs to be improved, gardening activities have become one of the efforts that help improve the physical well-being of the elderly. In conclusion, the development of elderly-friendly services at BKL Balabatu has great potential to improve the quality of life of the elderly and the elderly in the region with a commitment to continue to provide quality and holistic services for the elderly
