Abstract

Kilala's Cell Counter is a retail outlet engaged in the sales and services of telecommunication products. This study aims to develop a website-based system as a sales medium for Kilala's Cell Counter. The method used in this research is the Waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. The results of functional system testing using the Black Box Testing method show that all system functions operate properly without any errors, achieving a success rate of 99%. Furthermore, user acceptance testing through the User Acceptance Test (UAT) method obtained a success percentage of 89.75%, indicating that users strongly agree with the implementation of the system.
